recipient of an outstanding sales award in her first year of real estate, Carolyn has been in the top 2% of nationwide real
estate sales performers every year since. Her accomplishments have earned her a life membership in the Multi-Million Dollar
Club. An outstanding marketer and negotiator, Carolyn helps her clients achieve a quality of life tailored to their individual

University of Miami, Florida, Carolyn is a Certified Residential Specialist and a graduate of the Real Estate Institute. She
is a member of the Employee Relocation Council, Marin Association of Realtors, California Association of Realtors, and the
National Association of Realtors. She also holds a real estate license in the state of Florida.
Mike Sale
grew up in a real estate family and has been a licensed Real Estate Broker in California for over 30 years. Besides
his expertise residential real estate, Mike brings to the Team a wealth of experience in the commercial arena from his work
as a top producer in the Southern California area for many years. At various points in his career, he has worked
closely with owners and sellers of industrial, multi unit, and office properties and been very successful in each specialty.
Mike also spent a number of years in the securities industry advising clients and working with them in their investment
strategies to maximize returns commensurate with risk. This has translated well to assisting clients with many of their
real estate concerns.
Mike is a retired Navy Captain and a former Naval Aviator.
